Meet Our Friendly Staff.
Lyle Sinden is Properties West 360’s Managing Broker, as well as the business owner. Lyle has also owned Lewis River Construction, Inc. for over 40 years. His experience in land development, new construction and investing in real estate, makes him knowledgeable in how to maximize your investment. As a Real Estate Managing Broker, he can also represent you in buying and selling properties.
Crystal Reviea has been with Properties West 360 for over 11 years. Crystal works hands-on with both tenants and owners, ensuring the upmost customer service. Among other office related tasks, Crystal takes care of the accounts payable and accounts receivable for our owner’s properties, tenant move-out accounting documents and setting up new owners and their properties.
Sharilyn Sinden has been with Properties West 360 for over 2 years. Previously she worked in hospitality and hotel management. Her experience working in hospitality and hands-on in customer service has made her the perfect fit as our leasing consultant. Sharilyn handles everything from showing properties, preparing lease agreements, moving in new tenants, and posting on our social media.
Brandon Sinden’s duties are handling move-outs, reporting maintenance related issues to owners, turnover work, scheduling, and ensuring each home is ready for a tenant. Brandon is also in charge of all routine maintenance requests and dispatches our professional service technicians in a timely manner. Brandon takes care of all of our clients’ properties and makes sure their investments are in good hands.
Chris Whinery is a maintenance technician for Lewis River Construction. Lewis River Construction is Properties West 360’s maintenance provider. With over 7 years of property maintenance experience, Chris works very well with our tenants, making sure any issue will be taken care of.
