Lyle Sinden is Properties West 360’s Managing Broker, as well as the business owner. Lyle has also owned Lewis River Construction, Inc. for over 40 years. His experience in land development, new construction and investing in real estate, makes him knowledgeable in how to maximize your investment. As a Real Estate Managing Broker, he can also represent you in buying and selling properties.
Tracie brings over 30 years’ experience in Administrative work. Previously, she worked at Evergreen School District for 20 years. In 2021 she obtained her realtor’s license as well as being a notary. She brings a strong work ethic and knows any business is customer driven. Tracie goes out of her way to assist owners and tenants. She takes care of the accounts payable and accounts receivable for our owner’s properties and setting up new owners and their properties. She also prepares lease agreements; tenant move in and move out accounting and handles all social media.
Keeping it in the family, Sharilyn is Lyle’s youngest daughter. She has years of experience working in Hospitality and Hotel Management. She is customer service driven with a keen eye to detail. She worked at Properties West 360 from 2015-2018 as a Leasing Agent. Since that time she has had a family of her own. She started back in July, 2023 and is pursuing her broker license. Sharilyn is interning with her Dad learning the ins and outs of the entire company.
I am also happy to announce my oldest daughter, Tiffany Sinden has joined the family business. She is currently studying to get her real estate license. Tiffany brings 30 years of business knowledge, sales, event planning, marketing, and customer service with her. We believe she is going to be an asset to grow this business. She is deeply rooted in the Clark County community and she has fresh eyes to further strengthen the marketing and advertising for our clients.
