Lyle Sinden is the Managing Broker and owner of Properties West 360, with over 40 years of experience in real estate and construction. He also owns Lewis River Construction, Inc., bringing a unique blend of expertise in both land development and new construction. Lyle is dedicated to providing clients with informed, strategic advice and hands-on support throughout their real estate journey, whether buying, selling, or investing. TIFFANY SINDENProperty Manager/Licensed Broker

In June 2024, Tiffany Sinden, daughter of Lyle Sinden, joined Properties West 360, bringing over 30 years of experience in hospitality, sales, and marketing. A 2012 graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration, Tiffany recently earned her real estate license, further strengthening her expertise. Deeply connected to the Clark County community, she is set to enhance the company’s marketing strategies and expand its reach. Eager to learn from her father and contribute to the family legacy, Tiffany’s strong work ethic and dedication to excellence make her a valuable asset to the team and a key driver of the company’s continued growth and success.

SHARILYN SINDENAssistant Property Manager

Sharilyn Sinden, daughter of Lyle Sinden, joined Properties West 360 in 2015 as a Leasing Agent, bringing with her a background in hospitality and hotel management. She quickly earned a reputation for her excellent communication skills and strong connections with property owners and residents. After taking time off to focus on her growing family, Sharilyn returned in 2023 as Assistant Property Manager, where she continues to expand her expertise in property management while providing exceptional service to both property owners and residents.
