The women in the office are a pleasure to work with. They are always courteous and professional. The online maintenance system is great, it’s convenient and efficient for those who are busy. The online payment system is also very convenient and efficient.
Since leasing from Properties West 360 it’s been a great relationship! Cherlyn took care of everything during the leasing process. She showed us a lovely home and we leased it. She walked me through the process of getting all the utilities switched over to me. The main office was great also.

I’m in my third year doing business with Properties West as a renter. At the time that I was looking, I was fresh off a failed marriage, had some credit issues, and my former landlord had just sold the house I was renting halfway through my lease. I was in a bit of a bind to say the least. I met with Lyle and viewed a couple properties. Lyle was very frank and straightforward during the tours, which I found refreshing.
I signed a lease and it’s been pretty smooth sailing since. Crystal has been a pleasure to deal with the few times I’ve had to contact the office, and I see Sharilyn once a year for a quick property inspection. The owner of this property uses their own maintenance provider, so I can’t comment on the folks that Properties West uses. Aside from that, I make sure the rent is on time, and I’m left alone. Everyone is happy.
