Pet policies vary per property and pets are accepted only on a case by case basis. For properties accepting pets, the minimum age requirement is 1 year for dogs and 3 months for cats. Pet information must be submitted; dog owners must provide current licensing certification plus written documentation from a professional veterinarian stating the breed, age and temperament of animal. Weight and size limitations may apply in addition to breed restrictions. Pet information will be reviewed prior to processing, and if approved, additional pet deposits and/or fees will apply.
