The vast majority of our tenants pay promptly although occasionally a problem can arise. If rent is not received by the 3rd, we mail and post a late notice plus contact the tenant by phone. Within the next few days, we will mail another notice plus a second phone call. If a tenant is reliable but experiencing temporary difficulty, we recommend working with the tenant to bring the account current and stabilize the situation. We will discuss further options with you if the rent remains unpaid.
