Our monthly management fee is based on a percentage of the total monthly income. Our fee is determined by location of the property, general condition, rent potential, and owner requirements. Occasionally, we manage properties on a flat fee basis per month rather than a percentage but this is established on a case by case evaluation at the time the account is established.
