Each adult, age 18 and older, who intends to occupy the property, will need to submit an application and qualify based on our company criteria. There is a non-refundable fee of $45 per applicant and applications are processed on a “first come/first serve” basis in the order received with fee paid and all required documentation prior to processing. Backup applications will not be processed until the preceding application is not approved or rescinded. Upon approval, you will need to pay deposit and fees to our office within 24 hours to secure your property and your tenancy to start within 7 days.
