You, or someone from your household, must view the property in person before you can submit your application. There is a non-refundable fee of $45 per applicant and applications are processed on a “first come/first serve” basis in the order received with fee paid and all required documentation prior to processing. We do not process backup applications until the preceding application is not approved or rescinded. Property occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom; co-signers are not accepted. Upon completion of processing, your questions regarding credit cannot be answered by our office, but you will be provided with the credit reporting company’s phone number upon request.
