We comply fully with the Fair Housing Act. This means you cannot choose to disallow anyone who is a member of a protected class under the Act. You can choose to disallow pets but cannot deny a service animal. You can prohibit smoking in your property and our Rental Agreements contain a “no smoking” clause.
